What do I need to do to get my business reviewed
Simply head over the to the 'Book a Review' page and complete the application. We will revert to you as soon as possible to discuss the review of your business.
Once we have contacted you to discuss your requirements, we will book you in for a review, where we will gather all the information needed to tell the world about your business, it's a simple as that!
Are there different types of reviews?
In short........yes there are. Naturally different businesses require different levels of information, a large Hotel will need more research than a small restaurant. Then, there are options to upgrade to video reviews, from a short clip to a full length production.
What is a Basic Review?
A basic review will contain up to 5 images plus a minimum of 1,000 words of text, describing your business based on a fair and honest appraisal by one of our reviewers, in consultation with you and including the information that you can supply.
What is a Premium Review?
A premium review is a comprehensive review or your business, similar to the basic review, but this will include at least 10 images and over 2,000 words of text
Do I have the opportunity to request any changes?
Yes of course, as part of the service for any premium review, we present you with a draft, then we can consult with you regarding any amendments before the review goes live.
How long does it take for my review to go live?
Once we have prepared the review, we ensure that everything is correct, we verify any details with you to confirm that there are no errors, then we will publish it as soon as possible. After it is published, we will share it to Google, social media and youtube where applicable over the next few days to ensure that it will viewed as much as possible.
Am I able to upgrade at a later date?
Absolutely, some clients choose a premium review and then decide to add other options like video at a later date. As businesses can change from one year to the next, clients can always come back to us to add to their review (subject to charge)
Am I able to request changes at a later date?
Certainly, businesses can change location, contact details, products and services at any time and it is very important to keep to keep all this information up to date. (subject to charge)
How will the public see my review?
Once your review goes live, we will share it on various social media networks, it will be available in google searches, which will be picked up increasingly as time goes by. We also advise clients to place a link on their website, as it is very beneficial to have a professional independent review to refer potential customers to.
What can I do to ensure a more comprehensive review?
The more that our reviewer can see or experience, the more we can say. It is one thing to write about anything factual, your products and services, your location, your pricing, etc....but it is something completely different to be able to write about what we have seen and experienced FIRST HAND.
We do try to gather as much information as possible, so that we can have more to say, more to promote, more that will benefit YOUR BUSINESS.
Can I recommend another business?
Most certainly! We have a page dedicated to this, simply complete the form on the recommend a business and we will follow it up by contacting them and offering them the opportunity to have a review.
